Beware the ATO has put individuals and small businesses on notice. If you have an ATO debt not on a payment plan you are at risk.
The ATO has ramped up debt collection and they are issuing director penalty notices at the rate of 9,000 per week. DPNs can be issued for unpaid super, PAYG and GST. This will give you only 21 days to pay the debt in full or liquidate your business.
