No End Of Year Bill

When you need answers or want advice on setting up, structuring, tax, systems, software, cashflow, finance, pricing, marketing and exit strategies. We offer advice on an ad-hoc or regular basis.

A bookkeeper maintains all your business transaction records which you may need for tax obligation and preparation of financial reports for your business. Quality of all financial reports, tax compliances and advice you will receive based on financial reports will rely on the way you have maintained your business records. Therefore it is important to obtain services of a professional bookkeeper as it is the key to your business’s success.

Obtaining bookkeeping services as soon as you start your business is extremely important. Setting things up straight from the beginning will reduce future problems and help you implement streamline accounting processes for your business.

You can give us direct debit authority to charge the fee or pay for monthly invoices issued by us.

This contract is excluded from discount offers unless it is specifically mentioned in the promotional message.

We can organise a subscription for you, or you can sign up at Xero yourself.

We have tailor-made bookkeeping packages to complement the size of your business. Please refer to the bookkeeping packages on our website for more information or contact us for a no-obligation free-of-charge discussion.

  3. We will send you a confirmation email of payment, followed by a client information form and employee information Form for you to fill in.
  4. Once we have reviewed the documentation, one of our bookkeeping staff will contact you to collect further information.

If we have provided services for Xero setup and initial training (taken up the free xero setup offer), this contract is locked in for 12 months and you must sign up for a direct debit authority with us for the bookkeeping package you have selected. If you have not obtained specified services from us, this is not a locked-in contract.

Once the contract has terminated after 12 months, you can continue to obtain our bookkeeping services by making the monthly payments applicable to your selected package. 

If you terminate the contract before the expiration date, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the total contract value you have entered into. The total contract value is equivalent to the monthly value multiplied by 12.

If we are not providing you with services for Xero setup and initial training, you are not locked into any contract. You can obtain our bookkeeping services by paying monthly and signing up for a direct debit authority with us. You have the option to cancel any time by giving us 30 days’ written notice.
